A SPECIAL TRIBUTE TO THE LATE KEITH NORMAN GLOVER, OAM
A special Tribute to the late Keith Norman Glover, OAM, who passed away in Mel.bourne  on February 3, 2006 has been prepared by Rob Wagner and Bob Padula.
Keith was a familiar and popular voice over Radio Australia, and the ABC's Domestic radio and TV networks for many years, until his retirement in 1985.

Our Tribute  includes a recording of  Radio Australia's Listeners' Club program - "Club Forum" - of February 4, 1973, presented by Keith, in which he discussed the successful Convention of DX listeners held in Melbourne at that time. Keith was a Special Guest at the Convention.

RADIO EDXP E-QSLS
A new FREE service is now available for members and non-members, worldwide! This is an on-line Reception Report Template, which you may use for sending us reception reports for any of our Radio EDXP programs heard throughout the month on various international broadcasters. Reports are personally checked for validity, and you may choose an animated E-QSL, one with an audio file of Australian music, or a plain one. These QSLs are fully detailed, showing the transmitter site and host broadcaster. You "pick up" your E-QSL at a special Website after you have received an E-mail notification from us. Postal-mailed QSLs of course are always available, but you have to send in return postage to cover costs of the QSL and postage charges.  Tune in to Radio EDXP and send us a report!

Take a tour to see what the association offers!

The Asociation, formed in 1995 in Melbourne, Australia, is a society to bring together relevant information about World Radio High Frequency Broadcasting, and Australian domestic broadcasting, in a structured and timely manner. The EDXP celebrates its 12th buirthday on January 4, 2008, moving  into its 13th year of continuous operations. It was the pioneer hobby DXing organisation using Internet technlogy. Participation by members is obligatory, for sharing of news and experiences,  for membership to be maintained.

MEMBERSHIP FEE
The first month's membership is FREE! Annual membership after that is AUD/US$10 (or 6 IRCs).The Association is NOT a charity! Even though communication across the Association is via E-mail, EDXP is NOT a "free E-mail list"! There are quadzillions of unstructured and unguided "free" E-mail lists on the Internet, all purporting to deal with "radio monitoring", with heavy and intrusive commercial advertising, spam, porn links, obscenities, trojans and other nasties. You will not find any of that rubbish in the EDXP!
