ELECTRONIC DX PRESS RADIO MONITORING ASSOCIATION

MEMBER PREFERENCE QUESTIONNAIRE OF IMPORTANT SERVICES - APRIL 2004

Here is Hoppy the Kangaroo! He's another of our EDXP mascots... and requests you to participate in this Member Questionnaire, which will give me an indication of your preferences for the topics under review. There may be some changes introduced to the method of delivery, content, and coverage of the World Broadcasting Magazines, and your help in moving this forward would be welcomed.

This is a private Survey and the information you provide is sent over the Internet ONLY to me! However, I will make SUMMARIES of the overall responses available to members in due course.

The closing date for your responses will be April 30, 2004.

Each member who participates will receive a distinctive Special Certificate!

Thanks!
