The Association is a free on-line community,
for anyone with an interest in shortwave broadcasting and related themes.
Until
November 2014, it was known as the Electronic DX Press Radio Monitoring Association (EDXP), having
been formed in January 1995.
The EDXP, and now rebranded
as the World Shortwave Radio Association (WSRA) was
the first on-line organization in Australia, dedicated
to the hobby of long-distance (DX) shortwave radio reception.
