1891 - Maroondah Aqueduct - Kangaroo Ground District

Heritage bridge on Nicholas Lane, over open channel (2013) The managment track section of the open channel at Nicholas Lane, Kangaroo Ground, may be accessed from the old heritage bridge.   This is about 1 km and extends to the hill where it disappears into pipe.   There is no official entry to the track, but access is easily done from a dilapidated boundary fence next to the bridge!     Open channel, near Nicholas Lane (2013) Open channel and bridge, Nicholas Lane (2013)
